Solid Forms
Pharmazac has experience in the development and manufacturing of oral solid dosage forms. Our activities include tablets and capsules, supported by appropriate production know-how, quality systems and regulatory standards.
We have established a yearly capacity of 2.5 billion tablets with the addition of our new Manufacturing site at Keratea, in North East Athens. As of 2026 we have also expanded our capabilities in new lines for sachets and dry orals while also investing in Atex systems and double-layer tablets capabilities.
Our EU GMP manufacturing sites use the latest technology in collaborations with top equipment suppliers from Europe and operate under strict QA and Compliance procedures regularly audited by national authorities and partners.
Solid forms remain a key area of focus for Pharmazac, both for our own portfolio and for selected manufacturing partnerships.

Nasal Sprays
Nasal sprays represent a specialized dosage form requiring technical know-how, process control and strict quality standards.
Pharmazac supports the development and manufacturing of nasal spray products with a focus on consistency, reliability and compliance.
This capability allows us to expand our pharmaceutical offering and support partners looking for technically demanding dosage forms.

Sterile (Radiopharma)
Pharmazac entered into the manufacturing of Radiopharmaceuticals in 2023. We produce daily injectables used in PET scan diagnostic procedures under GMP and advanced Radiosafety conditions.
Our manufacturing capacity is supported by two Cyclotrons and four production lines with a capacity to release more than 300 patient doses per day. While current emphasis is on 18F products, an investment into solid targets capacity is undergoing.
